I cannot say enough about the incredible job Tim Basham did when he listed my Smith Mountain Lake home. He was very careful to explain everything and took his time with every detail. Thanks to Tim, we had a very quick and proffitable sale.

Dear Tim, I can't think you enough for seeing the positive qualities in our home. We loved that house so much and put so much of ourselves into it. It was very painful to let go, but you sure helped in that process. Taylor and I appreciated how prepared you were when you came to visit us the first time. We were very impressed.
Who would have ever thought the house would sell in 24 hours! That is so amazing.
We so appreciate your gifts of the decanter, the wine and Mexican Dinner. Thanks so much for your generosity. We plan to visit Smith Mountain Lake several time per year, so I hope that we will see you again soon.
